Aujourd’hui, l’adjectif bihebdomadaire signifie « qui a lieu ou paraît deux fois par semaine ».
Autrefois, il avait plutôt le sens de « toutes les deux semaines », sens que rend aujourd’hui bimensuel.
Pour assurer la clarté de vos textes, vous pouvez plutôt employer deux fois par semaine :
- Cette réunion a lieu deux fois par semaine. (et non : Il s’agit d’une réunion bihebdomadaire.)
